He was predeceased by: his wife Nicole Renee Melvin; and his father Jimmy Ray Melvin. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Melvin; his children, Jennifer Nicole Melvin, Jimmy Ray Melvin, III and Christen Michelle McCay (Jeffery); his sisters, Donna Jo Willis (Gary Willis) and Regena Izzo (Michael Izzo); his niece Beverly Willis; and his nephews, Gary Willis, Zachary Izzo, Nicholas Izzo, Samuel Izzo, Adam Izzo and Ezra Willis.
