He was predeceased by: his wife Delilah; his daughter Baby Parsons; his granddaughter Kristy Iscell Parsons; and his son-in-law James. He is survived by: his children, Charles E. Parsons, Sandra Cook, David W. Parsons and JoAnne Caddell (David); his grandchildren, Matthew Parsons, Christopher Parsons, Nickole Graham, Jake Parsons and Kortney Glover; his great grandchild Korben James Graham; his brother Doug Parsons; and his sister-in-law Ann Parsons.
