He is survived by: his wife Reatha Leith; his children, Mitch Leith (Danielle), Trace Leith (Mona) and Audra Leith; and his sisters, Carolyn Lewis (Charlie) and Faye Oliver (Tom). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
