He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyne Leonard Bush and Horace David Bush, Sr.; his sister Shirley Bush Chicarello; and his nephews, Tony Frank Chicarello and David Allen Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Thomas Bush; his children, Melissa Hallmark (Brad) and Brian David Bush; his sister Glenda Bush Hill; his granddaughter Caroline; and his nephew Charles Wayne Hill. He is also survived by niece, Tally Hill, and several great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to David's favorite charity, St. Jude's Hospital; or your preferred charitable organization.
