He was predeceased by: his parents, Seaborn Tumlin and Blanch Tumlin; his wife Sula A. Tumlin; and his brother Charles Tumlin. He is survived by: his daughter Debra Brown (Tina Landrum); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Brown (Tiffany), Rob Brown (Kim), Scott Brown (Wendy) and Kali Marsh (Jason). He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
