He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Higgins and Litha Higgins; his siblings, Celia Kelley, Stevon Higgins, Janice Hurley, Keith Higgins and Donna Crane; and his granddaughter Amber Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Higgins; his children, Jennifer Kay Higgins (Robert), Nancy Higgins, Michael Gary Higgins and Matthew Justin Higgins (Stephanie); his granddaughters, Shelby Higgins and Jaden Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Brennan Tyler and Ava Higgins.
