He is survived by: his wife Amy Glaze; his children, Matt Fries, Harvey Jones, David Lovinghouse, Eva Jones, Krystle Jones and Cinnia Glaze; and his siblings, Sherry Wells and Herbert Glaze. He is also survived by 17 Grandkids; 1 Great Grandkid.
