He is survived by: his mother Charlotte "Becky" Higgins (Basinger); his spouse Frankie Terry Higgins; his sisters, Karen Higgins and Gina Shoemaker (Paul); and his sons, Barry Neal (Jen) and Jonathan (Bree). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crestview Memorial Funeral Home (5250 Veterans Memorial Dr, Adamsville, AL 35005). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
