He was predeceased by: his parents, Stout Ethridge and Mittie Ellen Starling Ethridge; and his siblings, Joyce Hicks and Bobby Ray Ethridge. He is survived by: his wife Gypsy Whitehead Ethridge; his children, Amy Barker (Adam), Alan Ethridge (Melonie Godby) and Brandon Ethridge; his siblings, Shirley Walker and Kenneth Ethridge; and his grandsons, Noah and Kaleb Barker.
