He is survived by: his wife Betty Bailey; his children, Beth Hatcher (Kent), Cindy Bailey and Bobby Bailey (Renee) of Abbeville; his brother Mertice Bailey (Robin Parson); his grandchildren, Jody Bailey (Laney), Josh Bailey, Jonathan Laney (Dalie), Jacob Laney, Brian Hatcher (Hannah), Jessica Crozier (Zack) and T. J. East (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Gabrielle Bailey and Betty.
