He is survived by: his wife Barbara Turner Cochran; his children, Laura McAda, Lisa Ann Wood (Jason) and Johnny Elbert Cochran, Jr. (Sharla); his siblings, Sarah Carey (Larry) and Jimmy Cochran; his grandchildren, Samatha Barnes (Will), Wyatt Evans (Jasmine), Seth Wood (Jerry), Anastasia Wood, Raechel Cochran and Zechariah Cochran; his great grandchildren, Sadie Barnes, Eli Barnes and Daniel Evans; and his close friend Bobby Wright.
