It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Bearden (Abbeville, Alabama), born in Thomasville, Georgia, who passed away on January 26, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard Smith and Flossie Mae Williams Smith; her husband Charles Bearden; her sons, Cliff Bearden and Ronnie Money; her stepson Ralph Bearden; and her sister Martha Smith Craft.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Jean Morgan (Guy), Cottonwood, Charlene Kemper (Ed), Dothan, Carrie and William Casey Bearden, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Linda Money Mease of Edwin Community; her stepmother Flora Smith of Cordele, GA; her siblings, Ann Barnes (Abbeville), Janice Smith of Abbeville, Gabby Cannon (Phil) and William Howard Smith (Stacy); and her grandchildren, Clint Money (Jodi), Brian Money (Stephanie), Caleb Kemper, Calah Edstrom (Tyler), Ashley Bearden, Ashley Lynn McDonald (Jeff), William Casey Bearden, Jr. (Ashley), Jacob Murphy (Taylor), Jessica Murphy (Joe), Samantha Morgan, Nicole Robinson (Adam) and Melissa Downing (Kris).
