He was predeceased by: his father Eldridge Carey Hughes; and his sisters, Joy Hughes Brooks and Melanie Hughes Dennis. He is survived by: his children, Kasey Miller (Chris), Brooke Hughes and Matthew Hughes; his mother Thelda Whitehead Hughes; his siblings, Elaine Culp (Bob), Larry Hughes (Lynne) and Jimmy Hughes; his grandchildren, Matthew Miller and Madison Miller; and the mother of his children Sissy Williamson (Donnie).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holman-Abbeville Mortuary to help with funeral expenses.
