He is survived by: his parent Odell Shirah Parmer; his children, Sharon Williams (Larry), Gail Childs (Bruce), Montgomery, Beverly Nowell (Kenneth), Abbeville and Andy Parmer of Dothan; his brother Delmus Parmer (Connie); his grandchildren, Lindsay Williams, Nikki Williams (Vance Parker), Trent Nowell, Dallas Nowell, Brett Childs, Zacary Childs and Bradley Childs (Tina); his great grandchildren, Ian Wright, Chloe Childs and Brayden Williams; his niece Paige McPhail (Jeff); and also Reece McPhail.
