She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Cummings and Annie Bell Kelley McNealy; her husband Carl A. Grimsley; her children, Carl A. Grimsley, Sam H. Grimsley, Betty L. Morris, Erma J. Cochran and Eddie F. Grimsley; her grandchildren, Rita Benefield, Antonio Grimsley, John Myers and Satchiel Morris; her siblings, Henry L. McNealy (Doodle), Jerry N. McNealy and Henry A. McNealy (Muck); and her children, Olin Grimsley of St. Clair, AL, Mable Drew of Abbeville, AL, Gregory Grimsley (Francis) of Pensacola, FL, Wallace Grimsley of Tampa, FL and Beverly Hairston of Dothan, AL.

She is survived by: her siblings, Moree Lawrence of Hartford, CT and Annie Lee Mack (Eddie) of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by 37 grandchildren, 78 great-grandchildren, and 37 great-great-grandchildren.
