He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Scott; his son Russell Scott; his brother Walter Scott; and his parents, Bose Mack Scott and Earlene McLeod Mitchell.
He is survived by: his children, Sharmen Scott (Wayne Riley), Kelly Railey, Mack Scott (Felicia) of Abbeville, Wayne Scott of Abbeville and Tyson Scott (Patricia) of Panama City, FL; and his sister Sue Willis (Larry).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holman-Abbeville Mortuary (434 Ozark Rd, Abbeville, AL 36310). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Abbeville Memorial Cemetery - East State (305 Rock Hill Cir, Abbeville, AL 36310).
