He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Headrick Ham of Sevierville, TN; his children, Jim David Ham (Virginia) of Headland, AL and Julie Hurst (Kevin) of Sevierville, TN; his grandchildren, Samuel Riley (Rachel), Tiffany Ham, Haley McGlathery (Zack), Ella Hurst and Sam Hurst (Katie); his great grandchildren, Christopher Riley, Carver Riley, John McGlathery, Samuel McGlathery, Abel Hurst, Sawyer Hurst, Toby Hurst and Luka Hurst; and his close friend Bettye Chambers Ham of Sevierville, TN..
