He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Madrid, Sr. and Lillie Maude Hollingsworth Madrid; and his siblings, Mary Lou Carter and Henry Gay. He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Madrid Rollins (Joel); his grandchildren, Brodie Rollins and Ravyn Rollins; and his great grandchild Athena Smith.
