He was predeceased by: his wife Bessie Rollins Hammock; his parents, Jessie Hammock and Odelle Harrison Hammock; his brothers, Jessie Hammock and James Hammock (Joyce); his brother-in-law James Brackin; and his sisters, Ruth Murphy (Horris) and Annie Maude Sowell.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Wendy Agrella (Marc); his nieces, Bonnie Tucker (Reid) and Amanda Granger (Joey); and also Betty Brackin. He is also survived by sons, as well as several nieces and nephews.
