He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie E. Faulk and Bessie Teal Faulk; and his siblings, Sue Harding, Beatrice Warr, Ralph Faulk, Bryant Faulk and Gene Faulk.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sutton Pittman Faulk; his children, Janet Faulk Gonzales (Rudy) of Beaumont, TX, Jennie Kissell, Lisa Pittman Smith (Clayton), Cheryl Woods (Stevens) of Midland, GA, Curtis Faulk (Lynne) of Birmingham, AL, Craig Faulk (Roxanna) of LaGrange, GA, Lavon Pittman and Randy Pittman (Miriam); and his sister Mary Ann Smith.
