She was predeceased by: her parents, John Albert Browne and Hilda Dungay Browne; her husband Hugh Thomas Sowell; her son-in-law Jim Belisle; and her siblings, John Dennis Browne and Margaret Rumney.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Sowell Belisle Money (Roger) and John David Sowell (Abby); her sister Edna Madge (Jack); her brother-in-law Michael Rumney; her brother Norman Browne of England; her grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Linsky (Ken), Clay Daniel Belisle (Hayden), Lori Sowell Manley and Suzanne Hallmark (David); and her great grandchildren, Kindell Bell, Madison Bell, Luke Linsky, Eli Linsky, Alexa Linsky and James Brooks Belisle.
Social distancing guidelines and masks will be observed.
