She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Culpepper and Lucy Whitehead Culpepper; her sister Bobbie Jean Plowden; her brother-in-law Charlie Plowden; and her nephew Todd Crowley.

She is survived by: her children, Jan Skipper Brown (Benny) and Tom Skipper (Lisa Tolliver) of Abbeville; her grandchildren, Ridge Skipper (Christina), Scott Brown (Kayla) and Lauren Brown; her great grandchild Khaleesi Skipper; her niece Kaye Hutto; her nephews, Keith Crowley, Tab and Shirley Crowley; and her close friend JoAnn Culp.

Social distancing and mask guidelines will be observed.
