He was predeceased by: his father Ira Michael Louis; his children, Kathy Marie Dykes, Cindy Lou Campbell and Kenneth Earl McKinney; and his brother Otto Louis.
He is survived by: his wife Estelle Overstreet Louis of Abbeville; his sons, Sanford Wayne Aldridge of Gadsden, Henry Marek of Ozark and Danny Joe Marek of Tennessee; his sisters, Iretta Louis, Kathy Jo Anderson and Laura Jean Patterson; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Faulk (Rodney), Eloise Louis and Joe Overstreet.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 2926 Andrews Avenue, Ozark, Alabama 36360.
