It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Frederick Escher (Wasilla, Alaska), who passed away on October 2, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Escher and Genevieve Escher (Dooley). He is survived by: his children, Tim Escher (Terri) and Jane Bulovsky (Peter); his grandchildren, Hannah, Chloe, Carmen Bulovsky, Marianne Licht (Josh) and Jenny Escher; his great grandchild Carter Licht; his sister Shirley Schommer (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Goltz (John) and Bill Gempler (Juli). He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews; and other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lodi Women's Club Library or the Bill & Barb Escher Fund at the Madison Community Foundation.
