He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Sara-Staatz; his son-in-law Sunny Staatz; his grandchildren, Eve, Leondre and Benjamin of Mt. Vernon, Wash.; and his sisters, Martha Jack (Fred) of Wasilla and Rose Mower (Lou) of Nampa, Idaho..

A memorial will be held in Bethel, after the pandemic.
