He was predeceased by: his father Laurence Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Eva Holeman (Doug) of Amarillo, James Davis of Ontario and Brian Davis (Karen) of Houston; his mother Viola Davis-Greenland; and his siblings, Lorraine Davis, John Davis (Velda) and Bob Davis (Beverly). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Sutton Bible Church with "Food Pantry" noted in the memo space.
