He is survived by: his siblings, Norm of Winthrop and Lynne Smith (Curtis); his nephew Luke of Dallas, TX.; his daughter Kimbaley (Jeff Giguere) of Farmington, NH.; his grandchildren, Adam Lee of Livermore Falls and Dawn Lee of Jay; and his great grandchildren, Vivien, Noah and Padme.
