We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2024, at the age of 42, Christian William Newman of Soldotna, Alaska, born in Madison, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry, Lois Oosterhof, William and Dolores Newman; his aunts and uncles, LeeAndra Krueger, Donna Oeftger, Rodney Oosterhof and Wayne Oeftger; and his cousins, Lindsey Krueger and Brittney Krueger.
He is survived by: his parents, John Newman (Joanne Denman) and Brenda Newman (Oosterhof); his fiancée Tammi Merkes; his sisters, Adrianne Newman and Jenna Newman; his niece Finlee Lamers; his aunts and uncles, Bryan Oosterhof (Debbie), Dallas Oosterhoff (Rita), Dianna Soria (Terry) and Shelly Oosterhof; and his cousins, Stevie Krueger (Emma), Chad Oeftger (Jenny), Matthew Oeftger (Amy), Justin Oeftger (Katie) and Tiffany Schutte (Darrin). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
