She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Chase of Palmer, AK, Jenette Blatchford and Camey Rexrode of Nevada; her husband Charles Chase of Palmer, AK; her granddaughter Jessica Smith; her great grandchildren, Emmaley and Ronin Smith of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Joy Chase of Maryland, Alexis Gunnels of Nevada, Liam Gains of Washington and Julianna Chase of Palmer, AK; her siblings, Dawn of Anchorage, AK, Grant and Garnet of Oregon; and her grandson Michael Chase.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in her name, or to a charity of your choice.
