He was predeceased by: his father Delmar Diltz; his stepmother Mackey Diltz; and his mother Dorothy Sarmento (Diltz). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Diltz; his son Chris Diltz; his daughter-in-law Gwen Diltz; his son Jerry Diltz (Courtney Garner); and his grandchildren, Sara Diltz, Hope Diltz, Joseph Diltz, Mitchell Diltz, Myles Diltz and Lilly Diltz.
