He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Isaac Lewellen and Bob. He is survived by: his wife Tena Lewellen; his children, Christine Arrington (Greg), Donald Wingate (Nancy) and Shawn Wingate (Christa); his grandchildren, Carson, Jeron, Keller and Jett; and his siblings, Richard Lewellen (Connie) and Laura Lewellen.
