He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Winnie Franklin and Roger W Bolton. He is survived by: his grandfather Heaven; his parents, Biff Franklin and Louise Franklin; and his close friend Tim Pettit. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins and grandparents.
