She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Olanna and Irene Olanna; and her siblings, Melvin, Jacob, Anna, Lillian and Martha.
She is survived by: her husband Don Colwell; her children, Donna Wiltfong (Eric) of Wasilla and David Colwell of Anchorage; her siblings, Daniel, Harold Olanna of Shishmaref and Mary; her grandchildren, Lance Moistner (Destiny), Conor Moistner, Mason Wiltfong, Nolan Wiltfong, Holden Wiltfong, Hope Colwell and Kiana Colwell; and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Logan Moistner.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Trinity Lutheran Church in honor of Julie.
