He is survived by: his sons, Steve (Kim) of Palmer, AK and Mike (Marcia) of Coeur D'Alene, ID; and his siblings, Bonnie Hansen of Erlanger, KY, Jeff Dauwe (Miki) of Burlington, KY and Jerry Dauwe of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
