With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Covey of Ninilchik, Alaska, born in Seattle, Washington, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 29, 2024 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Covey and Violet Covey. He is survived by: his wife Diane Covey; his children, Ben Covey of Ninilchik, Brian Covey (Katherine) of Ninilchik and Susanne Oskolkoff (Gary) of Ninilchik; and his siblings, Roger Covey (Karen) of Ninilchik and Joanne Covey of Washington. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 nieces and nephews.
