He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Rae Poe; his daughter Patty Jo; his parents, Judy Roe and Dick Roe; his sister Gloria Simpson; his parent-in-law Jackie Poe; and his brother-in-law Brian Poe.
He is survived by: his children, Richard W. Roe (Tami), Kerri Roe (Fridrik) and Tawna Duncan (Ron); his brother Robert W. Roe (Tonja Edgington); and his siblings-in-law, Wayne R. Simpson, Elly Poe and Terri Watson. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews; and lifelong friend.
