With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanette Whiteley of Ninilchik, Alaska, born in Portland, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 28, 2024 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dietz and Lena Dietz; her brothers, Jim and Thomas Dietz; and her son Dwayne Whiteley.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Bond of Kasilof; her daughter-in-law Amanda Westerfield (Matt) of Kenai; her grandchildren, Evre Jo Westerfield of Kenai, Jesse Shell of Nikiski, Jacob Shell of Homer and Anthony Shell (Alycia) of Soldotna; her great grandchildren, Theodore and Asher Shell of Soldotna; her grandchildren, Tayler Whiteley of Soldotna, Jessica Clavin of Kasilof, Valerie Estes (Josh) of Seward and Kelsie Quelland (A. J.) of Kenai; her great grandchildren, Jersey Quelland, Kyler of Kenai and Adrian Quelland of Kenai; her grandson Cody Whiteley (Abigail); and her great grandchildren, Scott Withrow, Leo Howell, Amelia of Kenai and Luna Howell of Kenai.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM at 69940 Sterling Hwy, Clam Gulch, AK 99568.
