He is survived by: his wife Teresa May Batt; his children, Richard Wayne Mullican (Tina Yvette Mullican) and Melyssa Nichole Heaverley (Benjamin Alfred Heaverley); his grandchildren, Johnathon Lindsey, Mersades Allen, Ryan Lindsey and Arik Mullican of Elk City; his great grandchildren, Adalynn Choate, Jaydon Nordwall, Sylvia Heaverley of Alaska, Ethan Allen and Elizabeth Allen of Elk City, Oklahoma.; his brother William Harold Mullican (Nona); and his nephew William Harold Mullican Jr.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many friends.
