He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazard Rowe and Nellie Rowe; and his siblings, Myrtle, Ernie and Jerry Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Rowe; his son James J. Rowe; his stepchildren, Robert Runyon, Dan Huber, Gary Cox, Teresa Cox Oxeriok and Ruth Cox James; and his daughters-in-law, Alina Henry Runyon and Mindy Brady. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephew, and friends.
