She was predeceased by: her son Enrique Samuel Zamudio; and her parents, Henry Hernandez and Ernestine Hernandez. She is survived by: her husband Keith Zamudio; her son Adam Hasse-Zamudio (Ariel); and her siblings, Nicky Hernandez, Jeri Jackson (Jerry), Augie Hernandez, Patsy Williams (Leonard) and Henry Hernandez (Karen). She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews, 16 great nieces and nephews, a great great niece and nephew.
