With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherry Margaret Matthews (Kenai, Alaska), born in Shelby, Montana, who passed away on May 10, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Dean Gallup and Sylvia Joann Gallup (Sash); her stepdaughter Charlene Matthews; her sister Deborah Gallup (Dee); her stepfather Arthur Hendrickson; and her cousins, Brenda and Curt Abbas.
She is survived by: her close friend James Matthews of Skagway, Alaska.; her husband James Matthews of Anchorage; her stepdaughters, Amber Frizzell and Jody Wanamaker; her sisters, Laura Carmichael, Samantha Boldt (Hendrickson) and Acey Douglas; and her nephew Declan Charles Douglas "Decker Doo".
