He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Lusk and Marie Lusk; and his sister Deanna Lusk. He is survived by: his sister Alma Hansen; his sister-in-law Liz Cook; his wife Mary Eya Lusk; his son Daniel Wesley Lusk; and his brother Willard Lusk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
