He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Cummings and Vera Cummings; and his sisters, Louella Webb and Marcina Wahl. He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Cummings of Kasilof; his children, Chrystal Rodriquez of Redding, Melodie Hicks of Kasilof and Ron Cummings of Redding, Calif.; and his grandchildren, Amber Callahan of Seattle, Wash, Renee Torres of Redding, Michelle Franke of McMinnville, Ore., Matthew Hicks of Kenaí and Michael Hicks Jr. of Kenaí. He is also survived by 6 great-grandsons, and 4 great-granddaughters.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Life Christian Fellowship (24215 Sand St, Kasilof, AK 99610).
