He is survived by: his wife Doris Bossie of Cross Lake; his son Dennis Bossie of Kasilof; his grandson Derek (Renee); his son Douglas Bossie (Sheila) of Palmer; his grandchildren, Amanda, Casandra, Janice Whitten (Ted) of Fairfax, Ashley and Bobby; his siblings, Ann Sandstrom of Stockholm, Sheila Brissette of Brewer, Maine, Roger Bossie of Stockholm and Richard Bossie of Caribou, Maine; his nephew Brian Brissette; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Gagnon and Robert Gagnon. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
