Suzanne McKeown Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2019, Suzanne McKeown (Juneau, Alaska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandfather William H. Case; her children, Hugh Gerald (Jerry), Suzanne and Michael Howard (Mike); her spouse James McKeown (Jim); her children, Kate Michelle, Juneau, Sue, Catholic Youth Ministry, Sean (Heidi) and Erin (Mark); her grandsons, Dominic (Kelsey) and Max; her son Martin (Marjorie); her grandson Quincy (Molly); her daughters, Mackenzie (Jerrod), Madelynne, Katie and Stacy (Moctar); her grandsons, Ibrahima and Momar; her nephew Hugh J. Wade (Amabel); her great-niece Kyla Tubeo Wade; her niece Megan Wade (Dave); her great-nephew Charles Schroeder; her niece Greta Wade (Laurent); her great-nephew Florian Wade; her niece Kristi McKeown (Ryan); her siblings-in-law, Sylvia, Dorothy Wade and Fred McKeown (Donna); and her great grandchildren, Lupine and Lake Harvey. She was also cherished by cousins and other extended family.

Children with whom she worked called her "Miss Sue." She also worked at the downtown Bridge Adult Day Care Center, assisting people who had Alzheimer's disease from 1992 until her retirement in 2001.
