He is survived by: his parents, Merle Frank and Dorothy Frank of Wasilla; his wife Kathy; his children, Justin Frank of Phoenix and Krista Armstrong (Ryan) of Wasilla; his grandchildren, Rylynn, Zane of Wasilla, Kysen and Robert of Anchorage; and his siblings, Duane Frank of Anchorage and Diane Johnson (Jim) of Anchorage. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins and many great friends.
