He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleuterio Siangco and Juliana Siangco; and his siblings, Ted, Pat, Ed, Joe, Tom, Jean, Dora, Tani and Jeannette.
He is survived by: his niece Deborah Gomez; his wife Delma; his son Ed; his granddaughter Dayna of Maui, Hawaii; his daughter Lisa Snider (Frank); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jacob and Tori of Russellville, Arkansas; and his sister Rita Diorec (Jose) of Honolulu, Hawaii.
He served as Molokai Lions Club president and represented Molokai in the Hawaii Lions Club Foundation.
