He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scott and Olene Thompson; and his brother-in-law Larry Rappe. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Harper Scott; his children, Scottie Scott (Vicki) of Oak Grove, John Scott (Jennifer) of Petal, Tracey Scott Goodfellow (Matthew) of Suwanee, GA and Heather Scott Adams (Craig) of Oak Grove; his sister Paula Rappe of Perdido Key, FL; and his grandchildren, Coy Scott, Logan Scott (Allie), Ty Scott, Andrew Adams (Ivy), Katie Adams (Seth Breland), Joshua Adams, Rebekah Adams, David Scott (Mackenzie Smith), Benjamin Scott, Alex Goodfellow and Ansley Goodfellow.
