He is survived by: his wife Nancy Holder; his daughter Jodi Ingram; his grandsons, Reese Ingram (Katleena Khang) of Eagle River and James Ingram of Eagle River; and his great grandchildren, Niklaus and Arya Ingram. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces as well as great nephews and nieces.
