With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Millicent Ellen Gjevik (Juneau, Alaska), born in Hempstead, New York, who passed away on December 18, 2017 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Henry Paul Bechtold. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa (Douglas); her grandchildren, Sommer Napolitano of Juneau, Raven Napolitano of Juneau, Aurora Napolitano of Juneau, Alexander Napolitano of Juneau, Evan Napolitano of Juneau, Ian Napolitano of Juneau and Joanna Napolitano; and her sister-in-law Barbara Bechtold. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations made in memory of Millie Gjevik to the Gastineau Humane Society or Catholic Community Services.
